Hello everyone, it's been quite a while since the last update, and first of all, I apologize for the wait. Our staff is limited, but despite that, Project Box is officially in development!
Along with my team, we have decided to finish the development of Project Box, and not only that, we have spent a long time working, having meetings, and debating because Project Box will come with a new story, new mechanics, and much more!
And Project Box Remastered?
Project Box Remastered was initially the name I thought of for this project. However, after discussing it with the Chun Chun Games team, we decided that the final name for this project would be "Project Box." There isn't much explanation behind this decision, but it was mainly to avoid confusion among the community.
New story and new mechanics?
We made these changes because "Project Box" by Mediocre Mel already has its complete story and mechanics, which were freely published. So, what would be the point of releasing a game if it has already been fully leaked? It would lose the intrigue of understanding the story. That's why we decided to integrate everything that Mediocre Mel had created along with new ideas.
Regarding the story, it has been completely rewritten. It will still be based on the books, but not in the same way as Mediocre Mel had envisioned.
When will it be released? Is there a date?
Well, this section is quite complicated as we don't have much staff. Therefore, I can't provide an exact date, let alone an estimate. Creating a pixel art game is very challenging, and even though the Chun Chun Games team is working hard, the development process can and will take a while.
Unfortunately, making a game is not an easy task. However, there is a way to expedite the timeline, and that is by recruiting more people with experience in pixel art who are willing to contribute to this ambitious project! If you don't have experience, that's okay too. You can help by spreading the word about this post, which will make the game more visible and attract more people to join the Project Box development team.

Hola a todos, ha pasado bastante tiempo desde la ultima actualización, primero tengo que disculparme por la espera, nuestro personal es limitado, pero pese a eso, project box esta oficialmente en desarrollo!
Junto a mi equipo decidimos terminar el desarrollo de project box, y no solo eso, estuvimos mucho tiempo trabajando, teniendo reuniones, y debatiendo, ya que project box vendrá con una nueva historia, con nuevas mecánicas y mucho mas!
Y Project Box Remastered?
Project box remastered es el nombre que al principio pensé en ponerle a este proyecto, pero, debatiendo con el equipo de Chun Chun Games, decidimos que el nombre final de este proyecto seria “Project Box”, realmente no hay muchas explicaciones para esto, pero fue mas para evitar confusión entre la comunidad.
Nueva historia y Nuevas mecánicas?
Estos cambios lo decidimos ya que “Project Box” de parte de Mediocre Mel tiene toda su historia y mecánicas terminadas, y estas fueron publicadas libremente, entonces, que sentido tendría sacar un juego si este ya fue filtrado completamente? Se perderia la intriga por entender la historia, por esto decidimos integrar todo lo que había creado Mediocre Mel junto con nuevas ideas.
Con respecto a la historia, fue reescrita por completo, esta seguirá basándose en los libros pero no de la manera como Mediocre Mel lo había planteado.
Cuando saldrá? Hay fecha?
Bueno este apartado es bastante complicado, ya que no disponemos de mucho personal, por esto actualmente no puedo dar una fecha exacta ni mucho menos, tampoco puedo darles un aproximado ya que hacer un juego pixel art es muy complicado, y aunque el equipo de Chun Chun Games este trabajando bastante, el desarrollo puede, y va a tardar bastante.
Lamentablemente hacer un juego no es tarea sencilla, pero, hay una manera de adelantar estas fechas, y es con mas gente que tenga experiencia en Pixel Art y quiera ayudar en este ambicioso proyecto! Si no tienes experiencia no pasa nada, puedes ayudar difundiendo este post, así ayudaras a que el juego sea mas visible y a traer a mas gente al equipo de desarrollo de Project Box.
