for those who don't know, when Shantae was first being made in the concept art stages, she wasn't originally going to have her iconic purple hair, instead it was going to be regular brown hair and her outfit colours were more of a bright red. Luckily she got her iconic colours later but i thought it would be cool making an art of this original design (after all i like making art of interesting stuff and different designs is one of those things ^^)
