Hey guys, I would just like to remind everyone that you are not allowed to use, reupload, or edit my work in any capacity without informing me about it and asking me for permission first. I have seen too many people recently use my work for their own gain and not even bothering to credit or look into it, whether it’s a straight up reupload, editing it, or Tracing it (god forbid), leading me to become a little ticked off to say the least, so I figured I’d finally step up and say something about it because I’m tired of seeing this shit happen and I’ve decided to put a stop to it.

The only exceptions that I’ll allow when it comes to reuploading my work is if I am a part of something that is being worked on by a group (a dev team or a collab piece are a couple examples) or if it’s being shown off in a fanart showcase, though my only request should that be the case is that you provide credit, otherwise this section is rendered void and I will take action if necessary. Being used as a reference for fanart is also okay as long as credit is given.

And speaking of reuploaded work, I’ve noticed that a lot of the work that gets used is stolen from my old Deviantart page, which is a whole different can of worms related to this problem, my Deviantart page is honestly something I’d like to forget and I’ve mentioned previously that I would like to delete it, if it weren’t for the fact that a lot of the website report systems don’t allow you to upload images as part of a report and you have to use a link, so as much as I would really like to delete it, I’m unable to do so because of this and I’m pretty much forced to keep it up. So to attempt to limit the spread, I’ve decided to say that my Deviantart page is officially Off-Limits, you are not allowed to use, edit, reupload, or trace anything from that page Period.

Now I understand that this may not be the most effective way to crack down on the people who do this, but I’m making this with the full knowledge that that is the case and this is being made to deter people from doing this in the future, or to help inform other people in case they see my work being used without my consent. I will still try to report unauthorized usage of my art whenever possible because it is something I don’t endorse, let alone enjoy and I want to try and limit the spread as best as I can.
