He's the one who allows and doesn't allow the entrance to Purgatory. The only people he lets access are the high authorities, gods, devils (Like high rank demons), guardians and his friends.

He almost always smiles due to his tiny issue of almost not being able to express his emotions with his mouth. The only moment where he stopped smiling is when he got really pissed off. However, he's been working on this and he's slowly being able to express other emotions with his mouth rather than always smiling. Yeah, is not being easy for him.
