Quickly-made HTML5 port now available! (With caveats)

So, there’s now an HTML5 version of the game. However, due to limitations of CF2.5, combined with the way I coded the game, combined with a few things that the game does that just do not work in HTML5 period, there are a few limitations:

-The lack of shader support means the third boss had to lose its primary gimmick.
-The lack of RGB coefficient support means several things are colored incorrectly.
-Various limitations (browser limitations that result in certain CF2.5 limitations, basically) mean that you can’t save or load your progress.

Also, the overworld has some significant performance issues in the HTML5 version of the game.

Overall, I recommend playing the Windows version: It’s more stable, less buggy, and generally works better. However, if for some reason you can’t play it, the HTML5 version offers more-or-less the same core gameplay experience, with the biggest issue being the lack of save support. In the future, some (but not all) of these issues may get fixed, and the ones that can’t be easily fixed (e.g. the third boss battle) may have alternative solutions implemented to make up for it.

Also, hey, this devlog actually has any importance to the development of the game!

Currently trying to make the out of bounds areas in the upcoming (and eventual, please have a bit of patience, this may take a while) update look a bit cooler via unusual skyboxes and using a fade to transparency instead of a fade to black for fog.

...?

Oh, did you think this was dead...?

...nah, but it was on hiatus.

I can't promise any kind of release date on anything here. Just can say I'm trying to get some more progress done now. Might actually release this update some day... maybe...

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Demonstration of the spells and their effects :)!

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
