Yhwh when he was a little bepper, created two humans. In dynocation universe they're called "Male" and "Female", but it's heavily based on Adam and Eve. These humans are Yhwh's 'family'. His mother and father had both been unceremoniously taken from his life, so these humans, despite not being the same species as him he treats like his own beanies, but in an idealized way. Things he wished he had as a kid he gives to the humans ten fold. He does this at a very young age for a dynocation. <:3c (As a teenage dyno.)

Along with this came onlookers who found his obsession with humans rather odd. Thinking something was wrong with Yhwh, they force him to adapt to living with other dynos and his humans are made to survive on their own. This causes horrible mental scars on Yhwh. His comfort, the humans were taken from him. The other dynos pressure him into acting like them, but he isn't like them in a lot of ways. Dynocation like to seek power and control, and Yhwh was fine living wild/free with the humans. On top of this, Yhwh was an unusually well built dyno for war and combat.

Spiraling down further than when he finally escapes the clutches of trying to fit in, it's too late. Humanity has moved on without him, and they don't even remember him anymore.

He becomes an incredibly reclusive dyno that is confused about things, and wants peace, but can't find it.

Baki has a different view, where she was trying to help him be normal/reach his full potential(Yhwh becoming the king of dynos), and he's being ungrateful. She's hurting in her own ways. Unlike Yhwh she hates humans, and views them as menaces who cause destruction wherever they go.

The "you should of been a better father" was spice due to Yhwh often blaming the death of Baki's, granted dyno, beanies on her being a bad mother, so she is being spiteful.
