What's the red bar for?

-the red bar is Sans' atk strength but since the coder can't do much with invincibility frames it's just a health reminder at this point lol.

Why do you have 20 hp-?

-it starts at the flowerbed for fuck sake

How long is the game being delayed for?

-When the ULB take is finished most likely.
