Regarding SoundCloud.


Hey everyone!

This is just a small post about the SoundCloud situation, since it's kind of impactful and we'll make some changes to our SoundCloud OST account.

To sum up: apparently SoundCloud updated their ToS secretly about a year ago (without notifying anyone) and it's stated that they can now use any songs uploaded to SoundCloud for training generative AIs, with NO option to opt-out.

We're heavily against this change, and as many others are doing, we will be uploading all of our current OST into YouTube shortly.

We were going to wait a week to see if anything changed about this situation, but SoundCloud made a statement on Twitter yesterday and we're not happy with the "measures" that they're taking, as they have not updated their ToS, and therefore their statement doesn't mean anything.

To not make this announcement just to speak about this situation, I'd like to say that following this change, we will be uploading a NEW song to the DUSTTALE Reimagined YouTube Channel, along with all the current OST.
