he's always part of the main cast, i remember him in his renders at the time the game was cancelled and even remembered finally having a jumpscare animation in 3.0 (aka the worst version ever) then subwoofer and blackout started working on 4.0, blackout immediately removed him from the cast because "he's the most unnecessary character ever be made" I don't know what his whole deal of removing him was for, i don't really like blackout as such lol, when more versions were being worked on, they just forgot Rocky was an actual character and Rocky later fell into obscurity or something, he has to be my favorite and underappreciated character in the whole fnati series and i'm sad there aren't any fans of him
