LORE : Tormented is the spirit of a killer trapped inside a sonic 1 rom hack that added mighty and ray
His victim's souls were also there, but now he torments them eternally, except one, the name of one of the victims was Oliver and he took on Mighty's body and now fights against his killer while trying to free his friends.
