Withered bonnie test animation I'm making! any thoughts? (it took 5 years for me to keep this at a decent framerate)

Still making that endoskeleton. redid the arms, the fingers, the torso, and the pelvis after watching a tutorial. I finally realize that my models suck major ASS!

I think my proportions seem off, anyone else feel that way?

I have no further idea where to go with this, suggestions please.
