Sorry for spamming with news updates, but this is the only way I know most of you will actually read what I have to say.
For all of you who didn’t figure it out yet (or didn’t read the comments), you can reset this thing. When the game opens, and you get the line “get away”, just press W, D and G at the exact same time. It’ll just reset it, there’s no trick.

Edit: A lot of people seem to be having trouble following a simple set of instructions, and a few others just can’t reset beacuse of a bug or something. I must admit I hate doing this, it kinda breaks with the “magic” of the game experience, but whatever… A user by the name of scboydj167 found a way to change the registry information. Here’s what he wrote:
Here’s the hacky way to remove the gaster thing:
1.Open RegEdit
2.Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Red-X/Undertale 3D
3.Delete the value with “fun” in the name
4.Open the game and everything will be normal.
He also made a .exe to change those values automatically or something. I didn’t test it, and even though he has been helping some people in the comment section, it’s really hard for me to trust anyone. Use this at your own risk:
