Hello, Rivet here. Please take two minutes to read this.
So, you know that I was going to release the game today, but, screw it. I have realized that I didn’t like the game the way it is now, and for that, i’m rewriting it. From the beginning. I’m adding a lot of things (like talking protagonist, 4th wall breakings, funny moments, touching moments and other things). I want to do more than just “another Undertale fangame”. No, I want to create more than that. I want to create an experience different from the original game. Something new. I know that I can do that. This game is really important to me, not only because it’s my first game (the first game I release, the first game I made was on August 2015, a shitty “graphic adventure” ,if I can call like that, made in one day, parody of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” that wasn’t even funny), but also because it’s my way to say “thanks” to Toby Fox, the developer of Undertale, one of the best games I ever played. I know what the people will say (if this post it’s gonna get seen by someone, haha): “You’re making a tragedy out of this”, “The game is not worth the candle”, “It’s just a stupid fangame”. It’s not only a stupid fangame, as i said before, these are my thanks to Toby Fox. I’ve been working on these “thanks” since February, because I put effort on what i do, because I like to make games, and i really hope that this passion will became a work, in the future. If the game turns out to be bad, it will be okay. As i said, it’s my first game. I know that the few people that are following the developing of my game will be sick of waiting but, trust me, it will be worth the price. If you want to stop to follow the developing of this game, do that. Thanks to have followed it since here. I hope that the game will be out on Monday, or any day of the next week.
Now, let’s stop talking like one of my relative died and let’s start rewriting this game!
