Scoring and Music

MASSIVE UPDATE: Added a scoring system, which saves your highscores (technically “lowscores” due to the golf style scoring system), and gives you an actual reason to play. Also, I added the ability to add your own nailbombs to the scene, giving the first real glimpse at future contraption building gameplay.

I also added music, Gaslamp Funworks by the ever talented Kevin MacLeod, which has a fun, quirky feel befitting a Rube Goldberg inspired game. And lastly, I added another level, which only has more balloons in different positions for now, but will have balloons of varying health later. Anyways, the game’s quickly coming together, seeing as it was completely non-interactive only a few hours ago lol

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Animation test. Not an actaul conclusion to who wins sonic vs Mario. Just a test animation combo.
