They would probably both teach arts & crafts along with disability/disorder awareness and how you can do whatever you want + pursue your dreams, no matter how different you are to the “norm”

Scraps is an origami/paper craft based on a cat + old crafts Arthur used to make in his spare time as a younger kid. She was originally going to be a male but he decided a female/male sibling duo would be better.

Goob is a fluffy craft based on a golden retriever dog + an old childhood plushie Arthur has had since his young life (around the 1950s depending on how old he is when he was designed:presumably in his 30/late 20s when the Cartoon started) which is why they both have the common trend of ribbons, which were sometimes tied around a plushies neck as an accessory.

+Goob has the patchwork originally for stylistic reasons, but it ended up causing his lazy eye, that also gives him his derpy expression most of the time. he does sometimes rip near the seams though, so Scraps always carries around a needle and thread in her satchel incase it does happen!
