Five years till, giving TurboTime an original vinyl title instead in Namco's design reference nor a rom hackfrom the original.

Now to re-order the decal print to start with the live build.

By minimize the bytes numbers by going on layers in sprites. That I worked on the player's kart to be coded with color including the opponents.
