A buddy requested this nostalgia piece of a vampire Gypsy girl who listens to vaporwave, enjoys Y2K Horror and surfs the Old Web and Retro Forums. I liked adding lots of details to this one.

played block tales demo 3 a while ago and forgot i screenshotted this. nice design! i wonder who this is though?
