‘Log 4’ - recorded on August 27th, 2000:
“Log number 4… how did this even happen? Okay, so updates on the restaurant. First of all, the restaurant has hit its lowest what with the negative reviews keep on piling up. Normally, I would get over them and continue on making sure the establishment is on track, however I read one of the reviews from the most notorious critic in all of history and.. something about it just… I don’t know how to describe it. It was so painful to read, they talked bad about our employees, criticized every nook and cranny that this place has offered, and even had the audacity to call us Fazbear Entertainment 2. Just, how did we stoop this low? We didn’t have bad management nor did we have any major incidents.
Second, our partner company Lightimatronics Co. were unable to deliver the other planned products we wanted due to us not making enough money anymore. The playplace, the characters arcades, everything… The only things they’re able to work on were a couple of miscellaneous animatronic characters that are still in their prototype stages. But I don’t think that’ll help us at all as some of them look creepy, especially the butterfly one.
And thirdly, our animatronics are beginning to malfunction as the weeks went by. They would break down during stage performances, their voices glitch out despite being thoroughly fixed after maintenance, and they started to get very… finicky and strange. Especially Milo and Mila, as if they saw a ghost or something. But that shouldn’t have happened, they’re animatronics! Sure we may have upgraded their AI to be more advanced so they’ll act and interact like real people, but they’re STILL robots nonetheless. We shouldn’t be having this issue.
If we don’t do anything to fix this soon, we’ll all go into bankruptcy, and have to shut down everything that we’ve worked on. It didn’t help that I was already going through a stressful phase at the moment. Just.. if an employee is listening to this, please give it your all and don’t let us down. Hopefully we’ll find ways to continue being open for another year before everything crumbles.
Thank you for listening, and remember that you have a purpose in Milo’s Pizza Land.”
