Okay, so guys, I'm making an effort to improve my life, improve myself. I'm starting by working on my mental health - I'm using an AI counselling tool to help torch the stress I've got going. Also I've taken up a habit of daily meditation.
I've started boxing training so I can get a better physical, and for 3 months already I've been in the school weightlifting club.
I'm setting up a small biz on Redbubble where I'mma sell art. I wanna see where it's gonna take me. I'm also gonna get more consistent on YouTube.
I've got this all going for myself so I really wanna make a self improvement. I'm so done with the stress in life impacting my wellbeing daily.
