"My fellow Gears. Sera is free. Our city of Ephyra and our planet have been released from our enemies' grasp. Our war is won. And I'd like to begin with thanking not only the men and women of the COG for their bravery and loyalty, but more importantly..

I'd like to begin by thanking my Husband, the man who sacrificed everything for our victory.. Chairman Richard Prescott.

This victory is as yours as it is mine. You and our daughter have been an endless source of strength and joy in my life, and I could not be more proud to call you my family. Thank you.. and I'll be home soon."
