Stamina (STM) is a stat used for Physical skills in contrast to Mana (MP) used for Magical skills. Max Stamina is increased when levelling. It also has used outside of combat, such as running. Stamina (STM) is automatically recovered by 5% each turn and 1% automatically outside of combat. There are items that recover Stamina and accessories that increase Max Stamina or Stamina Recovery Rate. Protection can deplete Stamina via their Weight stat.
