These are Silver Robot No. 1 and 2, also known as Bethanie and Benjamin Silver (Beth and Ben). These two robots were created by roboticist Professor Amy Silver which would make these two siblings. Since Beth was created in 2003, that would make her the first and oldest robot Amy has ever created. Now with Ben, he was created in 2007 which makes him the youngest robot and the younger siblings. Beth is a science wiz like her mom, she even has her own lab hidden in her closet and she also made some cool gizmos. Ben on the other hand, he's not really a science wiz, but he does have a passion for art, he basically makes his own art and does a lot of street art. (There other mother, Natalie is a cop so Ben can get away with it) OH and fun fact, Ben is actually Ømega-Oni. His sister helped become the Bot he is today thanks to the cybernetic inhancements and upgrades she made to her brother. She's also your typical guy in the chair. Well, gal in the chair actually.
