Quick redesign of Simon's Down and Up anim sprites

I have spent 40 minutes hunting down these images to show that I support all identities, and the PSO is a safe space for all.

I have a discord but I don't mind setting up another one for therians too ^^

there has been a silence for a bit from this project because uh... you'll know by the you actually manage to read this far that now SIMON IS PLAYABLE (alas here we are)

these took a whole week, hence the silence from me about it. and silence as a whole!
