For those who care, I've been doing fine-ish. I've had a lot of shit happen to me during my break, which if you know what it is, we can all agree it was unwarranted and unnecessary drama and stress on top of my already existing issues.

Regardless, as I've been taking my time with therapy and university work (graphic design is hard), I've slowly started to ease back into actively contributing to the project. I got a drawing tablet which means art quality will improve a lot as I'll have more control over it, as well as maybe dropping teasers as I write stuff.

That being said, I haven't kept up with the community too much, however I've been shown some very good stuff that came out lately (shoutout to Quin's gamejam, wish I could've participated), mainly Alphys related stuff (Alphys Fight by Cupcake_bruh and Plan B by Stretch, particularly love this one) which inspired me to start writing what I had planned for the hotland and true lab sections of dwd since at least 2023. Putting it all down made me realize that it's probably going to be the longest section in the story progression, Which I feel like is a nice change of pace compared to most full fangames out there, personally. Making the True Lab and Hotland shine more over the CORE won't bother too many people, hopefully (although I got some neat stuff prepared for CORE, if the OST album cover doesn't hint at it already then start looking deeper into it).
