(NEW DEMO) Corrupted Files

So about the game's minimum requirements:

I am kinda sorry to announce this, but the game will have much higher requirements than the last one. While it will certainly be playable on low end pcs on low settings @1280P, higher resolution/settings will require a decent dedicated graphics card. It'll likely require something like a 3090 for 4k ultra (yeah IK. Very high bar). Keep in mind ultra settings are the same settings the engine uses to render cinematics, so it is not supposed to run in real time. Here are my not final ideas for specifications:

Minimum requirements: (Low settings @1280p, 60fps).

CPU: I5 3470 or higher (4 cores recommended)

GPU: Vega 8 Integrated 2gb/Nvidia GT 750

Ram: 8gbs DDR3/4

Storage: 5gb

Recommended: Ultra Settings: 1920x1080 @60+FPS:

CPU: Intel Core I5 5600, 6 cores, 3.5 Ghz

GPU: Nvidia GTX 3060 TI/Radeon RX 6600.

Ram: 16gbs of DDR4 @3200mhz.

Anyone running with these specifications at HD should expect at least 30 fps during select graphically intensive cutscenes, 60-120 fps during gameplay, (FPS may be locked to 60 because high fps effects tick events) and an overall playable experience.

High settings: this will be the most viable option for those looking for a balance between quality and performance. A player with the recommended specs will get 60-80fps on intensive cutscenes, and 90-120 fps during gameplay. I assure you I am trying my best to optimize this game for low end systems, and am doing all I can.

Please note that these benchmarks are based on the first 3 levels of the game running unpackaged through the unreal engine 5 editor, so expect higher performance in the packaged game.

On medium settings, you will get around 200-300 fps.

So in summary, the game will run on lower pcs, but with a high graphical cost.

Seeing great videos like this motivates me to finish the game

Still not happy with the state of the demo, so I am currently uploading a new update (0.3) which includes:

Bug fixes, environmental improvements, added easter eggs, new soundtrack, pause menu, and master volume slider. Engine Version updated to 5.6

Working on some more battlefield style destructible buildings in unreal 5

I used chaos geometry collections for this, and so unlike battlefield, each piece is individually simulated, and much more dynamic. Check the vid in the article to see what i mean.

More guitar stuff most people will likely ignore:

I redid an old cover of mine, this is a heavier version of the heaviest song off of metallica's last album: 72 seasons. Just testing my new amp sim and stuff.

What am I doing with my life

I’m really enjoying making my own soundtrack for the game. What would you guys like to see in this game as far as soundtrack styles that you wouldn’t usually see in a game, let along a fnaf fangame? Idk just curious.

A view of the RSR Museum from the outside. You wouldn't suspect the horrors inside from this angle....
