So after thinking this over, I've decided to extend the first chapter beyond where I was originally gonna end it. Initially, it was gonna end at the first murder, but now, it's gonna end after the first trial

Yes, the release date for the first chapter of Kill High is May 19th. Or so I'm hoping. The game's not done yet, still got a lot of work to do, but May 19th is my deadline. I plan to have the game in a finished and suitable state by then.
I don't think I've put more time into any other activity than RPG Maker
