I admit that speed ties are relatively uncommon in this game due to the randomness in stats for the playable characters, but this is not acceptable for my standards. Although, I have no one to blame but myself for this because I should've done more comprehensive play-testing to make sure the turn order was correctly determined for many different situations.
This will be fixed in beta 0.8. In the meantime, I will attempt to back-port the fixes to beta 0.7.
