he was raised and trained to become a shark tamer like shiver and bonded through rituals with the sharks he tames he also took classes on archery and calligraphy at school and was a mediocre kid when it came to grades

he heard of shiver formimg deep cut with frye and big man when he heard hide and sleek to which he thought it was decent but didn’t really care, he was a weird bond with shiver he doesn’t like her and is jealous but he respects her and wouldn’t cross her due to her being able to tame giant sharks at family gatherings they will generally stay together to talk about what’s going on in their lives the only thing they agree on is money other then that there isn’t anything they agree on, he respects shivers career even if he doesn’t think well of it

he is a respectful person and very charismatic and elegant in his body language, manner of speech and the way he acts but puts the cold in cold-blooded in his actions he’s normally sarcastic and he uses back handed compliments in a stereotypical Kyoto fashion like shiver does in suffer no fools, he can be quite aggressive and rude when he does not like someone, hes a ruthless fighter who shows no mercy and pouts when he loses but is pass aggressive about it

he’s met Frye and big man on several occasions and Frye even challenged him to a dance battle which he lost cause the boy got no rhythm but he’s tryna get some and is on a spiritual retreat to discover what he wants he’ll occasionally come back to the splatlands for events though, he thinks big man is a coward, he doss actually like deep cut that much due to the fact he can’t go anywhere without being asked if he’s related to shiver and it annoys him he thinks they’re songs aren’t that bad but knows he can’t do any better

he is banned from ranked matches and he rarely participates in turf wars because he thinks they’re weird, he also dislikes most of the shop vendors at splatville especially murch because of his personality and he seems shady
