Considering that my stupid ass forgot about the sweepstakes voting 2 days after the intended deadline, I finally decided to go back and count up the highest liked or picked. So the way I did this is that I chose the most submitted submission + the likes vs the most liked submission, if that makes sense.
So after checking through, here's what I found.
Most Liked

Sorcerer Mickey, submitted by @pandatee01 with 25 likes.
Most submitted with the likes added up (duplicates taken out)
Then I went through the comments of the most submitted character, which was Corruptus. The most liked one submitted by @shadowfrankburt and @jacko_gametime1245
![image.png image.png](https://m.gjcdn.net/content/750/19757743-cwjjxnr2-v4.webp)
![image.png image.png](https://m.gjcdn.net/content/750/19757746-uandthm6-v4.webp)
![image.png image.png](https://m.gjcdn.net/content/750/19757848-h2nvxde2-v4.webp)
I then went through who liked both the posts and took out the duplicates.

So considering 5 out the 6 that voted on the 2nd Corruptus post have been taken out to make it fair, and that Jacko didn't like the other post sums the results of Corruptus to 23 likes/votes.
Meaning that Sorcerer Mickey has won the vote by being 2 votes ahead at 25 likes/votes and will be modelled from @pandatee01 's specifications. Good job!
EDIT: It turns out I missed an extra submission by @CrazyShot412 , and removing the duplicate likes from that submission still ended up making Corruptus just 1 vote behind Sorcerer Mickey.
