Yes, the Salvage Rednic but that is not the final design.

for now he is in (WIP)

context about its design:

1) his eyes are completely turned apart, only have a single pupil on the left and almost blind on his right eye

2) he can't hold the mic anymore because it's sharp from all the damage it has and it's dusty and covered wtih blood

3) his stomach is also torn apart, similar to salvage sonic

4) he lost false of his right feet and his shoe is torn apart in half

5) salvage rednic smiles in this image because he's going insane from all the damage he has on his body
