Notice: This is a remake of Angel.exe's Hyper Kostas VS Sonic.EXE! I'll explain everything that we need for the game. Including the engine I plan on using. I cannot work on it by myself, due to how I have the wrong device to build the game. So, if there is anyone out there to help me out, plz send me a friend request.
