A great place for free fonts and simple UI icons is Google Fonts.
If you need free stock images, vectors, music, sound effects or stock videos is Pixabay.
If you need amazing stock photos go to Unsplash.
If your video will be on youtube there is an Asset Library in your youtube studio.
