I made the glow effects with airbrush on Flipaclip

A neon art I made for my fav Hockey team, for the start of the playoffs, LETS GO STARS!!!

New type of "NeoN' concept I made, it's like NeoN but he has star powers instead of neon powers.

Glow effects were made by me in Flipaclip tho.

His name is "Spatium-Stellae NeoN"
