update: sonic1port is OFFICIALLY switching to sonic delta framework beta 0.01

this is the best thing that will ever happen to this game

(as you can tell this is completely unserious)

old S1P sprites (SONIC'S current sprite was only modified a bit from this version, so it's still similar)
