I beat Sans in the simulator, can I beat him in the full game?

I beat Sans in No Hit! I don't think it was possible, but it was. It's on the simulator. The 6 damage I took were on the menu screen but it doesn't matter, because they can't kill us... And they aren't real pattern. I'm so Happy!!! It took me too long...
