Spring Update

So we are now in spring, the season that Secret Society is due for release. Here is a quick update of how things are going.

More scenes have been filmed, we have been filming in chronological order so far and are still fairly early into the story…. Yes if you are checking out Secret Society for the first time it is important to realise that this is a FMV (Full Motion Video) game and the majority of graphics are shown as videos instead of sprites.

There will be a teaser of the game released in the coming weeks, hopefully before the end of March (maybe early April). It would not be fair to call this a demo, but instead a quick look at the game backstory and a chance to see one example of how a gameplay mechanic will work.

The game itself is scheduled to be released in June via Gamejolt as a PC game.

Thank you for the support an interest that some of you have shown and this drives us on to produce a unique game experience here on Gamejolt.

Please ask any questions you may have and Spread The Word!

Bandana Dee the Dream Friend

Heya there! I really wanted to show you all a little gameplay preview of the first boss fight i'm currently working on i hope you like it ^^

Another house i made long time ago.

Just a Pico sprite

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.
