New roll sprites

The routine to get the tail sprites was removed as a result

Here i changed the head to that of the walking head since the original happened to be a leftover from an early build (no im not joking)

heres the full package

also, the console will be ntsc so pal roms are not in the flash cart for testing (unless you have a pal snes with a flash cart)

I like to program music data, even if it can get tedious downsizing the data so a very small amount of kilobytes at times :p

updated the title screen for more arab letters

Dropped down the initial 2019 date, belonging to the CTC version
