Hello everyone,

So as you see by the title I'm starting over from scratch which means that the PLUS Engine will be reworked because working and testing it, it feels like a broken record that still somehow works.

So does this mean I'm cancelling Darkened Spirits because the PLUS engine was suppose to run on it? No. I said I'm "reworking on it" and I'm giving it a different name called the "Onyx Engine"

Now why Onyx? Well you see I had this idea for a fangame called Sonic the Hedgehog: Onyx Island, and if your a Sonic expert then you must know about Sonic Rivals and how it takes place on Onyx Island which is a future version of Angel Island.

So I had this idea like "What if there was a Sonic game like Sonic Rivals but it took place in the Classic timeline" and thus my fangame idea for Sonic: Onyx Island was born and people seem to like the idea and want it to be turned into a fangame which I will do.

So yeah the PLUS Engine is now gonna be reworked into the Onyx Engine. I know there's some certain engine all the cool kids are gonna be using, but I just want to make these for experimenting.

So yeah look for more news on that when this page will eventually will get reworked. I'll probably upload the unfished new version that I was planning that is now scrapped and kind of broken.
