the reason for duplicating my chains is cuz I wanna control them similarly to fingers. I think rigging is the way to do it, if not, tell me what would be the better way

yet again, a building project that took me a few hours to finish. This is the 3rd house for a royal slime couple.
one more walk in the morning. 4am this time.
I set out to make a teacup for a project I'm working on, but then I spaced out and did weird things with the shaders... LOL
Anyway, back to work for me.
