and then the motor learning neuron could work. Also i just realized the obstaclesY list had 104 items instead of 10 items, now it's working properly.

Still needs improvement but at least my concepts work and so do the equations so that's something at least, i mean the only thing that needs improvement is to implement falling physics.

Visual representation of Eddard moving, has no awareness about it's environment so it doesn't register the obstacles yet but it does know where to land if it does jump.
