Just go to the game page and you'll see the 'Ciro Barre su Cuarto (ENG ver)' package! Download the .rar file and extract it wherever you want!
There shouldn't be many problems in terms of it running correctly.
If you manage to find a glaring mistake or a text that wasn't translated, feel free to tell me.
You can't get out the moss area since Ciro and friends jumped into a hole to get in. So use the lift to get back instead!
