Group C: The Nigerian national team—I still don't understand how they failed to qualify for next year's World Cup. They play quite well and are well-deserving of the top spot. Tunisia is a very inconsistent team; I still can't explain how they qualified for 2022 and 2018, being one of the top teams—they're the most mediocre of all. Speaking of Uganda and Tanzania, they're teams still developing, but they have a long way to go before they can compete, although their group is difficult due to the two very different teams like Nigeria and Tunisia.
Group D: Senegal is a pretty strong team, but to improve, Nicolas Jackson needs to stop missing goals. That's why they managed to draw against the next team I'll talk about. DR Congo showed why they're in the playoffs and are the favorites to win them to go to the 2026 World Cup. They're a team with heart and know how to play against tough opponents. I'm still not sure how Benin is doing in the African Cup, and Botswana, a team that will be competing in this tournament, although their goalkeeper is quite good.
