Rocketeer(Soldier) = A crazed jingoistic faux-soldier hailing from Florida instead of the Midwest. His name is Gary Howard instead of Jane Doe.

Incendiary(Pyro) = Keepin' the Lore to myself for now. Also they go by they/them.

Bomber(Demoman) = An idiotic and easy to panic explosion lover and ex-golfer from Ireland instead of Scotland. His name is Farrel Moore instead of Tavish Finnegan DeGroot. His melee is a Broken Golf Club instead of a Bottle.(though he's still a bit of a drunk)

Hefty(Heavy) = A failed chef hailing from Dusseldorf, Germany instead of the USSR. His name is Lukas Koch(that last name will be important in lore) instead of Mikhail.

Inventor(Engineer) = A short fused but smart southern gal hailing from Scenic Oaks instead of Bee Cave. She is called Ivory McIntaush instead of Dell Conagher.

Doctor(Medic) = An impatient and violent but caring and dim-witted "scientist" hailing from West Yorkshire, England instead of Stuttgart, Germany. His name is "Dr." Nathan Livingstone instead of Mr. Ludwig.

Sharpshooter(Sniper) = A genuinely kind and friendly guy hailing from Queensland, Australia. His name is Jack Lime Jr. (Remember the last name which will ALSO be important). He's canonically homosexual.

Espionage(Spy) = A cunning and gentlemanly mystery man from somewhere in Spain instead of France. His full name is unknown.
