Tech Demo Near Complete! (The Good News)


Everything is going very well here in the development lands for Woodlands Alpha. Everything seems to be cooperating, and a build is liable to be ready by next week! Also, yesterday, was the 6 month mark to the day since this games initial release here on Game Jolt. I must warn, the build is no where near the finished product, but it is a taste of what the game is to be like. I know you all have been waiting patiently, and I am glad to announce that the build will be released publicly next week. It may be for download currently only for Windows, however a web version and a Mac build will come along soon aswell. I will try to have a few new pictures of the game uploaded this evening. Hopefully I can release some footage of the game over the weekend as well. It has been a busy, but productive week. I wish you all a wonderful friday, and a great weekend!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
