Random concept I had in my head (I'm aware TT is dead, but I still think this would be a cool idea)

Made a Thomas OC Cuz why not :D - Originally stationed at Utah's Ft. Douglas Military Base. - Built to European Standards and sent over to Sodor in the late 1930s. (Huge credit to @Domix258 for his Dudley model I adapted)
