The 1.1.0 Update is now public!

a changelog of everything i did:


added version text to main menu

made the snowbullets faster

improved firerate of easier snowturrets

added tutorial hint text that lets players know to jump over the ceiling

(bugfix) levels loaded in weirdly

removed spikes on level 2,13

closed off ceiling on level 3,2

made the speed of lacunas the same as classic for easier.

made level 3,13 possible w/out taking damage

added descriptive text for classic and easier difficulties

added difficulty indicator ingame

altered level 1,10

altered tilesize & generation

(bugfix) fixed broken grass detection

(bugfix) player health would appear behind game elements

(bigfix) enimies spawned in as something else for half a second

made some minor visual changes

added changelog menu

added sfx for the lacuna enemy

made it so you can restart the game from the defeat screen

added dodge tutorial

(bugfix) enimies & projectiles hurt you after you moved to the next screen

enimies & tiles now respawn upon falling into the void (to avoid softlocking & cheating)

added WASD support

(bugfix) player got thrown off upon respawining

add animation and sfx for picking up the hellkey

added a loading screen

added an icon for the EXE file

touching golden turrets no longer hurts you in easier

(bugfix) golddles still moved after death

(bugfix) omissions and oppositions remained in their post firing state instead of dormant state after firing in easier.

changed the hellbomb push physics

(bugfix) golden cats phased through walls and defied gravity

(bugfix) players could spam the skipcutscene button to prevent the cutscene from skipping

(bugfix) respawning players fell through the floor endlessly and died quickly when holding down up.

ok the build is busted give me a minute

even with cutting that big update in half, 2.1 is still going to be REALLY big but trust me, the wait will be worth it! maybe leave a comment letting me know what ideas you'd like to see in the update?

NEW UPDATES FOR NICE ICE MORE THAN TWICE WILL NO LONGER BE HOSTED ON GAMEJOLT!! i will put them on itch.io instead just thought you should know that but i will still post on the game jolt page to let you know if a new update has dropped

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT development of nimtt will be moving from turbowarp (modified scratch) over to godot, so i will be uploading the final scratch build as a separate download (temporarily) here's a changelog of everything i got to before the switch:

2.0.1 hotfix just dropped because i forgot to add the changes in the changelog
