Im going to explain the options :
Smaller updates:
These updates would include a single thing, like a new wave of characters, a new mode, a new map, or things like that (like 1.1 to 1.3), these could be released at the end of every month.
Big Updates:
Add multiple things at the same time, like a new wave of characters + new map + new mode, all on the same day, these would take longer, a few months between updates.
Updates as soon as something is ready:
Like the first option, but no waiting a month for the next update.
