The Beginning (Start of Graphics: May 25, 2017)


So far I’ve put approximately 6 hours into the game. Creating 4 tile base types so far (Dirt, Ice, Brimstone, and Obsidian) and have a character sprite. I’ve done bare minimum with coding as I wish to do everything step by step (Graphics, Level Design, Programming, Music). My aim is to put at least a year into it, and do as much as I can by myself.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
