Now that I'm getting back to game development, I've brought back Forgotten Nights, and now I'm bringing back the beloved Five Nights at Freddy's: Ultimate Mashup that everyone knows and loves!!!
I have no idea how to say this really. This is a VERY exciting announcement, and I just cant FIGURE OUT HOW TO SAY IT CORRECTLY!! I also need to make sure its not too long since you guys have the attention span of a goldfish!
I've been planning this for a WHILE now, staying up late and sketching out all my ideas. And I think I did a great job! FNaF: UM was originally going to be sort of an ultimate custom night, but with fnaf 1, 2, 3, and 4 maps. Thats really not a bad concept at all! But something so much more interesting popped into my mind. Ready for the grand reveal? Ok, 3...2...1...
PROCEDURALLY GENERATED NIGHTS!
Yep, folks! You heard it right! I want to change this game to be completely random each time you play, and I think randomly generated nights is a great idea to keep this game fun for a long time! Now I bet your wondering:
How the heck do you use procedural generation in a FNAF GAME of all games??
I'll tell you! Every time you play a night there will be a random amount of cameras, a random office (picked from a set of offices, ofc), and a random amount of animatronics! Of course more things will be randomized than that. But thats the main thing!
I've sketched out this development roadmap. This is how I think everything will play out, and I'm really excited to work on this game again!!
Now, one more thing, because I know your all probably bored at this point: There will be a different mode selector as well. I sorta made a very rough concept of what this would look like, and it pretty much contains all you need to know about each mode!
I think thats all the yapping I want to do for now! Tomorrow developments starts again, and I cant wait to see yall then!
BYE!!!
