Yeah, this guy right here. I can see him as a potential main villain. This is CORE-Bot leader, Skull Face. He's inspired by both Skull Man from Mega Man and Megatron from Transformers. I'm making him the new CORE Leader for OVERCRØSS, and making Felix mad scientist along with Dr. Goop.

I haven't came up with a back story for him yet, but I can tell you this. Skull Face believes that power through terrany is a way to rule the entire Titanium Galaxy, similar to Megatrons motivation of ruling Cybertron and Earth. I'll let you guys know if I came up with lore for him.
